STOrm handbook

Upon joining the team, each family must read the STORM Handbook and acknowledge the policies.  Signed handbooks should be returned electronically to LBarnicle@gscymca.org.

Instructions for filling out and returning handbook:

  1. Click "STORM Handbook" button to download the form.
  2. Read contents in it's entirety.
  3. Initial and sign.
  4. Save as "Your Last Name- STORM Handbook"
  5. Send copy to LBarnicle@gscymca.org
